In a Child’s Eyes

I think as [young] parents, we often forget that our kids are growing up every second. Yes, we say “Daddy just needs to work” and be gone 9 hours every day (more if work is far from home) thinking it’s the norm and the kid forced to understand the context as an adult. But they are not adults. Let’s admit, it’s a compromise that takes a lot of toll on our kid’s growing up years and we know it.
